I just got back from the dentist in Bergen County and thought it was about time to do a little blogging of sorts. Is modern technology helping or hurting families to stay in touch? Technology has made it easy for us to talk to people anywhere they are in the world. But does it actually lesson intimate contact, especially with our families, in some ways?
A strong sense of family is important to us all, but especially to children. If they feel the importance of family as they are growing up, chances are they will continue feeling the same as they become adults.
Family traditions are a wonderful way of developing a sense of family. In addition to the standard turkey on Thanksgiving, add something unique and special to the day. Games are a great way for the family to interact and enjoy each other. Simple games such as Monopoly or Bingo are fun for all. You can even plan some fun little surprises for all players, such as coupons for movies or pizza. Just make sure even the losers receive fun consolation prizes. They can be inexpensive treats, such as a coupon good for one indoor or outdoor picnic. As an aside if you are on the lookout for a leading family bergen county dentist then may I suggest this practice. All in all they can assist you with invisalign, teeth whitening and various other cosmetic procedures. In addition to the aforementioned Bergen County, they can also help if you are based in other communities such as Westwood, Harrington Park, etc. They are also one of the top top dentists in emerson.
Active traditions are especially loved by kids. Organize a game of baseball or basketball. Ignore complaints or scoffing that may come from the kids; they will come to cherish these times.
As time goes by, children grow up, get married, and even move away. It becomes more and more difficult to get together for holidays. However, a sense of family is still important, even for adults. Well I just hope I do not have to go to the dentist anytime soon again.

In Philadelphia area related headlines, the driver of a vehicle identified as one Megan Obendorfe, age 18, was driving above the published speed limit and text messaging at about 4:30 a.m. or so on a rain slick Creek Road in East Brandywine Township when the accident and personal injury tragedies happened, says District Lawyer Patrick Carmody . It is not yet clear at this time if there was also some oil or other type of slick lubricant on the road at the time of the tragedy.
The suspect in question was reportedlyon her way to make a drug sale to an underage minor and had passenger Nicolette Pomon (age 17) also in her vehicle. She was about nine months pregnant or so and suffered lethal personal injury in this very unfortunate case. Some might even call these particular events a tragedy..
All in all, the victim and and her unborn child died in the accident when the suspect in question hit a school bus which was not carrying anyone driven by Steven Dilworth. She (the suspect) likewise suffered rather serious personal injury and she was ultimately treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital for treatment. her victim, however, was not quite so fortunate. As an aside, if you need a wonderful Philadelphia personal injury lawyer then may I recommend one Mark S. Rosenberg as he is certainly one of the top Philadelphia personal injury lawyer who is practicing law at this particular point in time. Now back to the main article:
As it stands now, the suspect is free on $25,000 bail and is currently scheduled for a court hearing for the charges of death by vehicle, reckless driving, plus marijuana possession.
Carmody state he is hoping the tragedy of the accident will prompt action like New Jersey’s ban on the use of cell phones while driving. State Police Superintendent Frank E. Pawlowski said they support taking action to prevent cell phone use in vehicles.

Just back from Miami Florida, and here is some criminal defense news from up high:A former police chief to the town of Calhan and a police officer at the University of Colorado identified as 38 year old Todd Vecellio was arrested after an Internet sting.
For his part, he was arrested outside of a liquor store in Penrose, after he had made arrangements on the Internet to meet a single mother with a thirteen year old daughter to have intercourse with the mother and daughter together. Apparently, the single mother that he had talked to on the Internet was an undercover police officer. It appears that there may not be much legal defense for this kind of documented criminal behaviour but of course he is innocent untill actually proven guilty of a criminal charge.
Vecellio was arrested and charged with criminal attempted exploitation of children, solicitation and conspiracy to commit assault on a child. In total Vecellio has six felony charges against him stemming from the Internet sting. Major kudos should be given to the Colorado Police Department fot their swift and effective action to keep their house clean and make sure that justice was served. By the way if you happen to reside in Denver, Colorado and you do mandate first rate Miami Criminal Defense Lawyers then by all means take a look at these Law offices as they are some of the top Criminal Defense Lawyers that you will likely find.
All in all, in a statement from the University of Colorado stated that they do not believe Vecellio had any improper contact with students. They also stated that he has been suspended without pay until the outcome of the judicial process. The University also stated that they could cooperate completely with the Canon City Police Department during the criminal investigation. Vecellio is currently in the Freemont County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash only bail awaiting his defense preparation and trial. Obviously this guy needs good Criminal Defense Lawyers. This article really makes me want to go back to Miami.

More law related headlines from the mile high city of Denver although I just returned from Baltimore…..According to some media a 24-year-old man who has been identified as one Tyson Cole has been charged by the Denver District Lawyer Office with certain charges regarding illegal world wide web interactions with a child. The defendent in question has also been charged with a few serious felonies manifesting from a supposed online interaction with a minor child, following apparently x-rated conversations over the web with the said minor.
It was alleged that during the sting which was put in place, that Cole had various assorted x-rated conversations, sent dirty pictures while also arranging a meeting with the fourteen-year-old female over the net.
She was in fact apparently an undercover police officer who was just pretending to be the young female and this led to the August 13th arrest of the man, according to reports from the prosecutors and/or District Lawyer office spokesman.
The various charges in which the defendent has been accused of in this specific case are net sexual exploitation of a child, Internet luring of a child and sending obscenity to a minor.
Following his arrest he was released on $35,000 bail, the date that Cole is due in court has not been a good attorney to get out of this one. By the way if you happen to live in Baltimore and you require a wonderful Baltimore injury lawyer then I would like to recommend the outstanding Law offices of Larry D. Lee. He is really one of the elite personal injury lawyer working in Baltimore and other cities of Maryland. He may be of help for individuals who are affected by vehicle or trucking related accidents, dangerous properties, boating accidents as well as related types of negligence as well.

Slingpost has successfully upgraded their iPhone application which makes use of iPhones GPS which is able to produce voice notes so as to basically find users from all over the globe. As you may already be aware, Slingpost is the parent firm of GeoGraffiti which is a geolocation service which essentially gives their users the capability of to browsing through various “voicemarks” to hear what others have recorded or to alternately find any users in your local area at large. It has been described as being somewhat like radar detection for voice messages. A pretty handy feature for certain applications indeed.
This iPhone application in question will be able to constantly track your locale and is even updated several times per hour if you are on the go. for instance; if you are driving in your car, you may want to set it to call your iPhone and give updates on any new local voicemarks so you could detect the whereabouts of others as you are driving thru or you can leave your own voicemark for others looking for you. An idea that 1 user has for this pocket sized gadget is to use it to set up scavenger hunts or to leave various clues for others during espionage games. Or as at least one person has put it, it is much like scribbled graffiti on your iPhone, left there for all others to see, or hear as is in this case.
